Q. When should I order my gown?

As early as you like but you must allow at least 20 weeks before your wedding date.

If your circumstances require a dress at very short notice, it may be possible to order your gown on an express service but this does incur extra cost.

We do offer a design and make service which allows you to have a unique gown.

Q. What if I want alterations to my gown?

We provide a complete alterations service by our fully qualified seamstresses. We are also able to offer personalisation of your gown if required.

Q. How do I arrange to try on gowns?

Either by contacting the shop for an appointment convenient for you, or you can call in during shop opening times and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

Q. Can I bring family or friends to help me choose?

We welcome the support of family/friends in helping you select your gown. Just remember, the more people involved in the decision-making, the more conflicting opinions there will be. It is YOUR special day. You have the final say on your choice of partner - why not the gown of your dreams too?

Q. Do you have dresses for very young children?

We can supply dresses for children age 1 upwards, or we can make just what you want.

Q. How and when do I pay for a gown?

When you have chosen your gown, we require 50% of the price to place your order. The balance is paid when your gown arrives.
